We are looking for Customer Sales Associate (2 positions) to join our team based in Malaysia. This is a 6-month contract, permanent Work-From-Home position open to candidates located anywhere in Malaysia, with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle and convert customer enquiries into sales via call centre, email, whatsapp and online chat.
• Manage customer enquiries, including handling up to 20-40 calls per day.
• Recommend suitable catering event solutions based on customers' requirements, preferences and budget.
• Coordinate and monitor catering and delivery orders to ensure smooth execution and a positive customer experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and support the growth of FoodLine's catering business in Singapore.
• Work closely with internal teams and catering partners to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve operational issues.
• Support other operational or business functions as assigned when required.
• Provide occasional support for corporate customers, including weekends or public holidays, when required to ensure successful event execution.

Requirements:

• Education level: Bachelor’s Degree
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, catering or event management. Fresh graduates with 1st class/2nd Upper Honours are welcome to apply too.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Comfortable communicating with customers over phone, email and whatsapp
• Experience with sales, customer service or call centre background preferred.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for research and productivity enhancement
• Need to work from home and possess your own laptop/PC with good internet access
• Working days and public holidays to follow Singapore calendar. Off in lieu will be given if you are working on Malaysia public holidays.
