Role Description The Account Manager Intern will support the daily management of e-commerce client accounts across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. This internship role is hybrid, based in Seri Kembangan with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in monitoring store performance, coordinating campaigns and promotions, updating product listings, and preparing performance reports for clients. The intern will help respond to client inquiries, track action items, and collaborate with internal teams on content, operations, and marketing initiatives. The role also involves basic data analysis, documenting account activities, and learning best practices in marketplace strategy and e-commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge or strong interest in e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) and online marketplace operations.
• Basic skills in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or similar tools to track performance metrics and campaign results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with clients and internal teams, both in-person and remotely.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing timelines, tracking tasks, and maintaining accurate account documentation.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take initiative with guidance from senior team members.
• Ongoing or recent studies in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement in Seri Kembangan with reliable internet access for remote work.
• Interest in building a career in account management, digital marketing, or e-commerce is highly beneficial.
