We’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Spa Manager to take ownership of our daily operations and lead our team towards outstanding service and business results.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, developing people, building customer relationships, and turning business targets into measurable results.
The Opportunity
As Spa Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the overall performance of the spa. From team development and customer experience to sales and operational standards, you’ll be responsible for keeping the business running smoothly while identifying opportunities for continued growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate therapists, consultants, and front-of-house team members.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Plan staff schedules and monitor attendance, productivity, and individual performance.
- Build a positive and professional team culture.
Customer Experience
- Ensure clients receive consistent, high-quality service throughout their visit.
- Handle customer feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally.
- Maintain high standards across treatments, consultations, and front-desk operations.
Sales & Business Performance
- Drive revenue through treatments, packages, memberships, and retail products.
- Work towards monthly sales and revenue objectives.
- Review business performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor customer retention and relationship-building initiatives.
Operations
- Oversee the daily running of the spa and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain hygiene, health and safety, company, and service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock ordering, and operating costs.
- Ensure facilities and equipment remain clean, presentable, and properly maintained.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
Industry Development
- Keep up with developments in the beauty, wellness, and spa industry.
- Stay aware of emerging treatments, customer preferences, and market trends.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the spa's services and customer offerings.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a leader who can combine people management, customer service, and commercial awareness.
You should ideally have:
- 3–5 years of management experience within spa, beauty, wellness, or hospitality environments.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience managing and developing a team.
- Strong sales and business development capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good judgement, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence working with targets, reports, and operational KPIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and spa/appointment management systems.
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts when required.

- Beauty salon or wellness centre management
- Hair and scalp treatment centres

Compensation Package
Base Salary: $3,500 – $4,000 per month
Depending on experience

Working hours:
- 10:00am – 7:00pm
- 11:00am – 8:00pm
