About The Role

The Senior Analyst – Order to Cash (Contract Management) played a key role in the KL BSO Order-to-Cash Contract Management team, supporting high-quality contract and project administration services for the CBRE US business. The role is responsible for reviewing and coordinating contract-related setup and change requests, resolving operational issues, and ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed service commitments.

You will work closely with Client Finance, business stakeholders and cross-functional support teams to clarify requirements, maintain appropriate documentation, strengthen process compliance and support achievement of service-level agreements (SLAs) and business key performance indicators (KPIs). The role also contributes to standardization, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across Contract Management operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Review and verify contract, deal and project setup requests, amendments and related changes for completeness, accuracy and appropriate approval before processing or hand-off.
  • Receive and review contract documentation, then coordinate Customer ID, project setup and contract setup requests with the appropriate processing teams.
  • Assess requests from Client Finance and business stakeholders, clarify incomplete or non-standard requirements, and obtain the supporting legal or business documentation needed to progress each request.
  • Perform quality checks on contract and project setup information to confirm alignment with approved documentation, business requirements, procedures and control expectations.
  • Review pricing-related issues and collaborate with the Manager, IMPACT team and relevant stakeholders to identify and implement appropriate corrections.
  • Investigate and coordinate resolution of billing, invoicing, PeopleSoft, contract and setup-related issues; maintain ownership through follow-up and closure.
  • Monitor assigned requests, aged items and exceptions to support timely completion against agreed SLAs and business KPIs, escalating risks or blockers when necessary.
  • Maintain clear and complete records of requests, approvals, supporting documents, decisions and issue-resolution actions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Build constructive working relationships with cross-functional teams and CBRE business units, and promote adherence to agreed processes and policies across pre-contract and post-contract activities.
  • Provide clear status updates and practical guidance to stakeholders on request requirements, process steps, documentation and expected next actions.
  • Contribute to training, knowledge sharing and cross-skilling within the team, including support for new joiners and process updates.
  • Identify recurring defects, delays and manual effort; support root-cause analysis and recommend sustainable process improvements.
  • Participate in testing, implementation and stabilization activities for approved process, system or workflow changes.
  • Perform other related duties, operational support and project assignments as directed by the Manager.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
  • A relevant professional qualification or progress toward one is advantageous.
  • Professional proficiency in English, as the role requires regular communication with internal stakeholders and regional counterparts.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in contract management, finance operations or a Shared Service Centre environment.
  • Practical understanding of contract and project administration, including setup, amendment, supporting-document review and issue resolution.
  • Working knowledge of service delivery requirements, SLAs, business KPIs, process controls and escalation practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred; knowledge of PeopleSoft or related workflow tools is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain requirements and coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests, manage deadlines and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while escalating issues appropriately.
  • Flexibility and sound judgment when managing ambiguity, changing priorities and process updates.
  • Collaborative team player who supports teamwork, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
