Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Personal Financial Advisor role based in Singapore. The Personal Financial Advisor will work closely with individual clients to understand their financial goals, assess their current financial situation, and recommend suitable products and solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial reviews, developing tailored financial and retirement plans, and advising on savings, investments, insurance, and other personal finance needs. The role involves maintaining regular contact with clients, monitoring portfolio performance, and updating recommendations in line with changing market conditions and life stages. The advisor will also collaborate with branch colleagues to provide a seamless customer experience and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Financial Planning and Personal Finance to design comprehensive, client-focused financial strategies.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Finance and Financial Services to recommend appropriate banking, investment, and insurance solutions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Retirement Planning to support clients in building sustainable long-term income and protection plans.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields, with professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) considered an advantage.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly and responsibly.
• Proven integrity, adherence to regulatory and ethical standards, and a proactive approach to achieving sales and service performance targets.
• Prior experience in personal banking, wealth management, or financial advisory roles in Singapore is highly beneficial.
