The BrandLaureate is a global branding organisation known for The BrandLaureate Awards, which recognises outstanding brands, businesses and leaders. We also work on events, campaigns and other brand-related initiatives throughout the year.

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role, so you’ll be involved in the actual work, from coming up with content ideas and filming videos to editing, writing captions and supporting campaigns.

What you’ll be doing

• Come up with ideas for social media content
• Assist with creating content for TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Help film short-form videos
• Edit videos using CapCut
• Write captions, scripts and other social media copy
• Research social media trends and content ideas
• Assist with content shoots, events and marketing activities
• Support the team with ongoing campaigns and marketing projects
• Make improvements based on feedback from the team

What we’re looking for

• Currently studying Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or a related field
• Interested in social media and content creation
• Comfortable communicating in English
• Creative and willing to share ideas
• Basic video editing skills, especially CapCut, are a plus
• Willing to learn and take feedback
• Responsible, proactive and able to work independently when needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

No prior work experience is required. We’re more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn and interest in marketing and content.

A little about the role

You’ll get to work on real projects rather than just assisting with administrative tasks. Depending on the projects we’re working on, you may be involved in social media, content production, events, campaigns and branding.

If you have a portfolio, feel free to include it with your application. It can be anything relevant: social media posts, videos, editing work, graphic design, writing or even personal projects.
