We are looking for an experienced Digital Learning Content Specialist for our client to support a global Finance Shared Services organization in transforming existing training materials into engaging and scalable digital learning content. You will work closely with Finance teams and subject-matter experts to create clear, professional, and visually engaging digital training materials that can be used consistently across various teams and locations globally. This role offers a hybrid work mode, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. This position is permanent with Sii Malaysia and the work model is hybrid. Location of the office is in Bangsar South. Working hours will follow Central European time zone.

Your tasks

• Transforming existing Finance Shared Services training materials, documentation, and process knowledge into engaging digital learning content
• Designing and developing professional presentations, training decks, visual guides, process materials, and other learning assets
• Converting written or presentation-based content into short-form digital learning materials and training videos
• Using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Synthesia and Scribe to create scalable training content
• Structuring complex information so that it is easy for employees to understand, navigate and retain
• Applying good practices in visual communication, information hierarchy and instructional content design
• Ensuring consistency in formatting, visual identity, terminology and overall quality across training materials
• Maintaining and organizing digital learning assets and source materials
• Working closely with Finance subject-matter experts, process owners and department representatives to understand existing content and training requirements
• Gathering input, clarifying information and coordinating reviews and approvals of developed materials
• Managing multiple content development activities simultaneously and delivering materials according to agreed timelines
• Incorporating stakeholder and learner feedback into existing materials and continuously improving the learning experience
• Supporting the standardization and scaling of training materials across different teams, processes and geographical locations
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in learning content development, graphic design, presentation design, or instructional design roles
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, especially in creating professional and visually engaging presentations
• Experience with digital content creation, video creation, or process documentation tools
• Proficiency in using Synthesia and/or Scribe for content development
• Good understanding of visual communication, content structure, and information design
• Ability to simplify and present existing technical or business information in an engaging format
• Strong project coordination and timeline management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to content quality
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and incorporating their feedback
