Role Objective:

Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, corporate planning, market research, environmental scanning, programme monitoring, business intelligence or organisational transformation is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the review and implementation of the Company's Corporate Strategy, Business Plan and annual strategic priorities through research, analysis and coordination with relevant business units.
• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the strategic initiatives and action plans by tracking milestones, deliverables, timelines, risks and dependencies, and following up with respective initiative owners.
• Support the development, cascade and monitoring of Corporate KPIs by coordinating performance updates, validating information, analysing performance against targets and highlighting gaps requiring Management attention.
• Maintain and enhance corporate performance monitoring tools and dashboards, including the use of Excel, Power BI and other business intelligence tools, to provide accurate and meaningful performance insights.
• Conduct strategic research, benchmarking and business analysis, and translate data and information into clear findings, recommendations, Management reports, presentations and briefing materials.
• Work closely with business units and stakeholders to obtain information, facilitate strategic planning and performance review activities, resolve reporting gaps and ensure timely execution of agreed actions.
• Continuously improve strategic planning, performance monitoring and reporting processes, while independently developing knowledge, analytical capabilities and technical skills relevant to the role.
• Perform any other strategic, planning or performance-related assignments as required by Management.
