(1) Ophthalmic Assistant
Job Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in a relevant Science / recognised qualification.
- Passionate about eye care and committed to providing excellent patient experiences.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and healthcare professionals.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to participate in outreach and administrative activities.
- Comfortable interacting with patients, corporate clients, healthcare professionals, and the wider community.
- Enthusiastic about learning and developing skills beyond the clinical setting.
Job Descriptions:
- Clinical Eye Care: Conduct basic ophthalmic history taking, eye examinations, and ophthalmic investigations.
- Professional & Safe Practice: Maintain high standards of patient safety, ethics, confidentiality, and clinical care.
- Excellent Patient Experience: Provide compassionate patient care and support an effective patient feedback mechanism.
- Patient Records: Accurately manage, organise, and maintain confidential health information.
- Community Outreach: Participate in eye screening programmes, health talks, and community activities.
- Professional Networking: Build strong relationships with GPs, optometrists, corporate clients, and healthcare partners.
- Marketing & Brand Growth: Contribute to marketing, social media, health campaigns, media communications, and expansion initiatives.
- Be Part of Our Growth: Share ideas and contribute to activities that strengthen the centre's brand, visibility, and community presence.
- Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and support the team whenever needed.
- Grow Beyond Clinical Practice: Develop valuable skills in patient care, communication, outreach, networking, marketing, and business development.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
