Responsibilities: 

• As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. 
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. 
• Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. 
• Master proficiency in SAP FICO Module is required. 
• Expert proficiency in Engineering Support is recommended. 
• Master proficiency in Application Remediation and IT Troubleshooting is suggested. 
• Analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions to maintain business continuity. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. 
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures. 
• Share knowledge and insights to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. 
• Monitor system health and proactively address potential risks to minimize downtime.
• Minimum 6 years of experience
