The Logistics Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse and logistics activities to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely operations. The role involves inventory control, shipment coordination, operational reporting, and collaboration with internal teams, warehouse staff, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and delivery operations.
• Monitor order fulfilment and ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Liaise with warehouse teams, transporters, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators.
• Ensure proper documentation for shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
• Support manpower planning and daily task allocation.
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and company policies.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, fulfilment, or supply-chain operations.
• Good knowledge of warehouse and transportation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays when operationally required.
