Job description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew members. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a cheerful personality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Maintain good communication skills and build positive interactions with customers.
• Prepare simple beverages during operational hours as per standard recipes.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including basic cashier duties such as opening and closing the cashier.
• Provide assistance to customers with menu inquiries, recommendations, or special requests.
• Ensure a clean and organized front-of-house environment at all times.
• Maintain a cheerful and motivated attitude while working with the team and customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Cheerful, motivated, and approachable personality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and cashier operations (training will be provided).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and procedures.
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays, if required.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience in a sandwich outlet or hospitality environment.
• A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and good teamwork.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• A strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
