About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging visual content across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. This role is suitable for designers with 1 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilitie:

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital, social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and print materials.
• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and cross-functional teams to execute creative projects.
• Design marketing collateral including brochures, posters, banners, EDMs, infographics, and event materials.
• Prepare artwork files for production and ensure design accuracy across different formats.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging creative practices.
• Incorporate feedback effectively and make revisions as required.

Requirements;

Junior Graphic Designer

• 1 to 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Basic understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, and branding principles.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• A portfolio showcasing creative design work.

Mid-Weight Graphic Designer

• 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to execute projects independently.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and branding projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design platforms.
• Experience designing for both digital and print channels.
