Function:
Finance & Accounting
Key Responsibilities
Full-set accounting:
Independently manage the full accounting cycle for overseas entities under
US GAAP
, including monthly and annual closing.
International reporting:
Reconcile financial data and reporting between overseas entities and Group entities, investigate discrepancies, and prepare quarterly adjustment reports to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
Intercompany & AP management:
Perform intercompany reconciliations, track and clear discrepancies, and manage regular reconciliations with external suppliers, including settlement documents, invoices and payment differences.
Finance systems & documentation:
Perform data entry and routine maintenance in
Oracle
, and maintain complete and traceable electronic accounting records, supporting documents and contracts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in
Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
.
3+ years of cross-border / international accounting experience
.
Solid knowledge of
US GAAP
; familiarity with Accounting Standards is an advantage.
Experience using at least one major
ERP / financial accounting system
; Oracle experience is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work independently across multiple entities.
