1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and business objectives.

2. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base across relevant market segments.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advertising agencies, business partners, and key stakeholders.

4. Prepare and present customised advertising proposals, integrated media packages, and commercial solutions.

5. Lead negotiations and secure profitable business partnerships and advertising deals.

6. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities across print, digital, social media, events, and other platforms.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new revenue opportunities and enhance the company’s products and services.

8. Set sales targets, monitor KPIs, analyse sales performance, and prepare management reports with recommendations for revenue improvement.

9. Manage sales forecasting, pipeline development, and overall commercial performance.

10. Collaborate closely with editorial, digital, creative, and other internal teams to deliver effective integrated commercial campaigns.

11. Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, networking events, and industry functions while ensuring excellent client service and issue resolution.

12. Lead, coach, and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve departmental goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements:-

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

2. Minimum 6–8 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, media, or advertising.

3. Proven leadership experience in managing a sales and marketing team.

4. Strong track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

6. Strong analytical, strategic planning, and business management skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
