We are looking for a Senior Technical Executive to join our team and oversee technical operations and support activities within the Northern Zone. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, ensuring smooth project execution, and providing technical support to clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily technical operations within the Northern Zone.
• Supervise and provide guidance to technical personnel.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical support activities.
• Ensure technical works are completed according to project requirements, quality standards and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical assistance when required.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation and work progress updates.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and technical standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in technical support, project implementation, maintenance or field operations will be an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a technical team.
• Willing to travel within the Northern Zone when required.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
