Job Summary

We are looking for a SilverLake Investments & Wealth Developer with 3–5 years of relevant experience to support development, release management, and quality assurance activities within an Investments & Wealth environment.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth and a strong understanding of application development, SQL, and release processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SilverLake Investments & Wealth applications and related investment/wealth management systems.
• Support release management activities, including release preparation, deployment coordination, and post-release validation.
• Perform quality assurance activities to ensure system changes meet functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using .NET and SQL.
• Write and optimize MS-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
• Troubleshoot application and database issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and production support where required.
• Coordinate with QA, business users, infrastructure teams, and other technical stakeholders during releases.
• Ensure adherence to development, testing, and release management standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to application changes and releases.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth
• Experience in Investments & Wealth / Wealth Management domain
• .NET
• SQL
• MS-SQL / Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in Release Management
• Experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• Good understanding of application development and support processes

Good to Have

• Experience with Core Banking or financial services applications.
• Knowledge of investment/wealth management processes.
• Experience working in banking or financial institution projects.
• Exposure to production support and incident management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a technical team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working in a banking/financial services environment is preferred.
