Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Role Overview: Drive sales growth and win new business within the modern on-premise sector (bars, pubs, restaurants, cafés) by meeting sales targets, managing trade promotions, and utilizing deep customer insights to solve operational challenges.
• Market Intelligence & Collaboration: Monitor customer performance, track competitor activities, and collaborate cross-functionally to align with company goals.
• Candidate Profile: Diploma holder with up to 2 years of entry-level experience (FMCG background preferred); restricted to Singaporeans or PRs only.
• Core Competencies: Excellent written and verbal English, proficiency in MS Office and Dynamics 365 Business Central, exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication and influencing skills.
• Mindset & Mobility: An autonomous, eager-to-learn self-starter with a hands-on field mentality, a passion for understanding trade dynamics, and a preference for a valid Class 3 driving license and personal car.
