What’s the Gig?

As our QA Engineer, you won’t just be testing software—you’ll be our quality champion! Here’s a glimpse into your future role:

• Test Mastermind: Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data to ensure our systems are thoroughly tested.
• Quality Guardian: Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure our products perform at their best.
• Integration Investigator: Perform API testing and validate system integrations with third-party services.
• Bug Hunter: Conduct exploratory testing to uncover unexpected issues and edge cases that may otherwise go unnoticed.
• Agile Team Player: Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, refinement sessions, and other Agile activities.
• Automation Explorer: Maintain existing test scripts for Selenium Automation and support the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
• Release Ready: Perform post-release validation and production verification where required to ensure smooth system performance.
• Issue Communicator: Liaise closely with your supervisor regarding issues found and support the team in ensuring they are properly addressed.
• Detail Dynamo: Bring strong attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to every testing challenge.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Testing Knowledge: Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of different software testing methodologies and techniques, with experience in writing clear and comprehensive test cases.
• Tools & Technology: Experience with defect tracking and test management tools, with a basic understanding of API testing and tools such as Postman.
• AI Awareness: Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in software testing is preferred.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Good communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
