Job Description

Alcotec Precision Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking an organised and responsible General Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support. The successful candidate will assist with documentation, data entry, filing, office coordination, and general administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle general administrative and clerical duties.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate company records.
• Prepare, organise, and file documents.
• Support daily office operations and administrative processes.
• Assist with correspondence, emails, and documentation.
• Maintain office supplies and administrative records.
• Coordinate with internal departments when required.
• Assist with basic reporting and document preparation.
• Provide general administrative support to management and colleagues.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least an O-Level qualification or equivalent.
• Relevant administrative experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
