Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales and marketing team with daily activities.
• Assist in promoting property projects through social media and online platforms.
• Create simple marketing content, including photos, videos, and social media posts.
• Assist with taking photos and videos at project sites and show units.
• Support the team in preparing marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Assist in communicating with customers and following up with potential leads.
• Help with property events, roadshows, and other marketing activities.
• Perform other tasks related to sales and marketing as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
