Responsibilities

• Review the company's list of debtors.
• Contact customers and inform them of their overdue bills.
• Advise customers on available payment options and recommend suitable repayment methods.
• Negotiate appropriate repayment plans.
• Maintain accurate customer payment records.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding their accounts

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SPM or above.
• Previous experience in debt collection, credit recovery, or a related field is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-disciplined, focused, and able to work independently.

Gaji minimum + Komisyen

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
