Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams on quality-related matters.
• Manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools and implement effective corrective actions.
• Coordinate First Article (FA) inspections and ensure quality readiness for new product introductions (NPI).
• Support APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA, and inspection standard development.
• Analyze quality performance using suitable quality KPIs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through various methodologies.
• Collaborate with customers to reduce defects and improve product quality.
• Support internal, customer, and third-party audits while ensuring compliance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering within metal stamping or metal fabrication process.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949.
• Hands-on experience with quality tools : example - 8D, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
