Job Scope ( C&S Clerk of Work)

1). Supervise, monitor and coordinate control all daily construction works and document control procedure.

2). Ensure all works executed are in accordance with drawings, specifications and construction plan.

3). Execute inspection and test as per inspection and to utilize quality control mechanism as provided for by quality management system.

4). To ensure contractor are follow the required standard, construction drawings.

5). Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.

6). Check construction drawing and specifications. Report to project manager if any discrepancy found.

Job Requirement:

1). At least a diploma or degree in architecture or equivalent.

2). Min 5 years working experience in the architectural supervision of residential / commercial property development or construction projects

3). Self-motivated and is able to work independently.

4). Qlassic assessment standard

5). Architecture works sequence and knowledge

6). Good communication skill
