We are looking for an experienced Superintendent – Liquid Bulk Operations to oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our liquid bulk terminal. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise, operational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining the highest HSE standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily liquid bulk terminal operations to ensure safe and efficient cargo handling.

• Leading and supporting operational teams to achieve high standards of safety, reliability, and performance.

• Coordinating with vessel operators, customers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure seamless terminal operations.

• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, statutory requirements, and industry best practices, including ISGOTT and relevant OCIMF guidelines.

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and asset integrity.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in liquid bulk terminal, tank terminal, or marine operations.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

• Sound knowledge of terminal operations, ship/shore interface management, and HSE requirements.

• Experience in supervising teams and managing operational performance in a high-risk environment.
