**Job Description**

• Provide personalised, high-quality customer service to VIP and walk-in clients, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience that exceeds expectations

• Drive sales performance by achieving individual and team targets through product knowledge, clienteling, and building long-term customer relationships

• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique presentation reflects brand excellence at all times

• Process transactions accurately, manage inventory, and support stock management activities including deliveries and transfers



**Job Requirements**

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification

• 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, fashion, or premium brands

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele professionally

• Passionate about luxury products with strong commercial awareness and sales-driven mindset

• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, public holidays, and extended trading periods

• Well-groomed appearance with professional demeanour befitting a luxury brand environment
