Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new client accounts and expand market presence across B2B, B2C, and B2G.

• Develop and deliver compelling proposals and solutions to meet client needs.

• Drive sales penetration within existing accounts to maximize revenue.

• Close deals and achieve individual, team, and business unit revenue targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Track account performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.

• Maintain strong client relationships and proactively resolve issues to ensure retention.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.

• Proven track record in acquiring new clients, closing sales, and driving revenue growth.

• Strong proposal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Analytical and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
