Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse Assistant-Admin (Fresh Grads are Welcome!), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di Freight Mark ERW Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Admin to support our daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining accurate warehouse records, preparing documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative duties to support warehouse operations.
• Prepare and process Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), and other warehouse documentation.
• Update and maintain accurate records of stock movements, inventory, and warehouse transactions.
• Verify delivery and receiving documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and cycle counting activities.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, customers, and other departments regarding deliveries and documentation.
• Ensure all warehouse records are properly filed and maintained.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am - 5:00 am
• Alternate Saturday 8:30 am - 1:00 pm

Location
Bukit Raja, Klang, Selangor

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
