Seller Acquisition & Reactivation

•      Drive seller acquisition — currently C2C, with potential expansion into B2B in the future — across multiple channels, including with the help of AI agents

•      Lead seller reactivation efforts: reach out to existing G2G RTS sellers whose accounts have gone inactive, and work to bring them back onto the platform

•      Identify and pursue potential marketing channels to support acquisition

Seller Management & Support

•      Handle seller management — receive and resolve complaints and questions from RTS sellers

Feedback Collection & Prioritization

•      Gather feedback from G2G sellers and buyers

•      Shortlist feedback and requests based on priority criteria (impact vs. effort) before handing off to the Market Research & Operational role for further research and decisions

Minimum Requirements

•      2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or KOL/creator management, ideally with direct experience acquiring or managing sellers, creators, or merchants across multiple channels

•      Experience with C2C marketplace or seller-side acquisition; exposure to B2B sales is a plus as this may expand in the future

•      Comfortable using AI-based sourcing and outreach tools as part of a daily workflow

•      Experience handling customer or seller support — responding to and resolving complaints and inquiries in a timely, professional way

•      Able to prioritize using an impact-vs-effort lens when triaging feedback and requests

•      Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach and relationship management

•      A genuine interest in and working knowledge of the gaming market — you play games and follow what’s happening in them

•      Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure; doesn’t rattle when a seller issue or sudden market shift comes up
