We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Application Configuration Executive to support a large-scale cloud platform replacement project. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually configuring system settings in a new cloud platform based on the configuration of an existing cloud system.

The role involves manually configuring application settings through a web-based user interface, including device naming, schedule and timer configuration, operational parameters, and floor plan configuration based on predefined configuration files and information on existing cloud platform. As migrations will be performed continuously from one customer to the next, the candidate must be able to work independently and consistently deliver accurate configurations within strict deadline with minimal supervision.

Job Description

• Execute manual system configuration within a cloud-based application through the web UI based on existing customer configuration settings from the legacy cloud platform.

• Manage multiple customer migration projects concurrently while ensuring quality and timeliness.

• Record existing customer configuration from legacy cloud platforms, like Schedule settings or other settings.

• Maintain detailed migration records, progress tracking, and documentation.

• Follow migration standards, best practices, and governance requirements.

• Ensure all customer migration are completed according to agreed timelines and service-level expectations.

Minimum Qualification

• Diploma or Polytechnic qualification in any discipline.

• Prior experience in application configuration, or system administration is preferred.
  

Note: Candidate will be required to work in office.
