Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Event Operations Specialist di Salt - Maukerja

SALT Talent is looking for an Event Operations Specialist in Singapore for a giant social media client for a 12 months contract role. In this role you partner with the Community Experience (CX) team to deliver high-quality onsite events and community activations. This role is execution-focused, responsible for the operational delivery of events from planning through to post-event wrap.

What will you be doing?

• Event Execution
• Support the end-to-end operational delivery of onsite events
• Manage event logistics including venue setup, supplier coordination, facilities/AV requirements, catering, signage, and day-of-show execution.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain the local events calendar
• Support the collection of event data, attendee feedback, and post-event retrospectives.
• Support supplier relationships for event services, supporting creative briefs, quotes, and on-the-day delivery.
• Procurement Support
• Communicate with Suppliers

What will you bring?

• 4+ years of experience in event operations, event production, or a similar role in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment
• BA/BS in Events Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple events simultaneously from planning through execution
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external suppliers
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
