Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Client Advisory & Solution Matching: Engage with high-value prospects to evaluate lifestyle demands and driving requirements, recommending optimized, tailor-made automotive solutions that elevate the customer journey.
• Relationship Management & Network Expansion: Cultivate exceptional, high-touch client experiences to secure long-term brand loyalty, maximize client retention, and drive sustainable referral ecosystems.
• Sales Execution & Revenue Optimization: Spearhead proactive lead generation, direct comprehensive product demonstrations, and execute sophisticated negotiation tactics to consistently surpass established target metrics.
• Industry & Product Subject-Matter Expertise: Continuously assimilate macro-level automotive trends, technical vehicle specifications, and competitive financial and leasing frameworks to maintain an authoritative market presence.
• Cross-Functional Synergies: Partner strategically with after-sales, underwriting, and operations units to orchestrate a seamless operational flow from initial engagement through vehicle delivery.

Prerequisites & Candidate Profile

• Professional Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven success within sales or corporate client-facing functions (prior automotive domain expertise strongly preferred).
• Core Competencies: Advanced interpersonal acuity, strategic problem-solving abilities, and a high-caliber track record in objection handling and deal conversion.
• Operational Drive: Results-driven professional exhibiting high autonomy, dynamic adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
• Licensing Credentials: Valid Malaysian Class D Driving License (certified proficient in both manual and automatic transmission vehicles).
• Location & Mobility: Malaysian citizenship required; must reside within Klang Valley enclave with independent vehicular mobility.
• Integrity & Compliance: Immaculate background clearance with zero criminal record.
• Age Range: Ages 20 to 45.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
