The Project Manager is responsible for managing the medium/large project at all stages (initiation, execution, closure) and in all PM areas (scope, quality, communication and financial). This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within scope, budget, and timeline. The Project Manager will take full responsibility of the deliverable and manage risks to the success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage medium/large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and best practices

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations and finance to ensure project alignment and resource availability

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle

• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

You should have:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical problem-solving skills and a structured approach

• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to innovate

• Experience in a global, multicultural environment

• Strong understanding of agile principles, DevOps practices, and software delivery lifecycle

• Knowledge of logistics or shipping processes is an advantage

• High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Certifications in agile, leadership, or project management are a plus

• Leveraging AI as a technology tool to drive productivity impact for the project
