As a recruiter, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Role specific accountabilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Communicating and collaborating with line managers on role requirements and descriptions of the vacancies.
• Proactively source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels, including passive channels and networking, allowing you to better attract and engage with the candidates.
• To proactively build and maintain a pipeline of candidates, maintain data integrity in multiple internal systems.
• Mediating between candidates and hiring managers to complete the hiring process
• Represent the firm at various recruitment events, including career fairs, recruitment talks, etc.
• Identify hiring priorities and develop employer brand and recruitment marketing plans
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events: career fairs, office visits, conferences & campus activations.
