Job Description
- Manage new and existing insurance products, including reporting, coordination, and support on regulatory matters.
- Optimise the product portfolio by analysing business metrics and recommending improvements to drive profitability and continued business growth.
- Conduct primary research to develop product insights for key commercial, market, and service programmes.
- Manage project timelines across functions to ensure timely and consistent delivery of business objectives.
- Align business priorities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Compliance.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contracts with potential partners to ensure that all parties’ needs are met.
- Undertake additional planning and budgeting activities as required.
- Previous experience in insurance related field highly preferred - touching on marketing, operations, product design and commercials
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong logical thinking and quantitative analysis ability
- Proactive, open to learn, strong builder and intrapreneurial mindset, ready to get hands dirty
- Strong stakeholder management and enjoy managing multiple projects (multitasker)
- Agile, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- A willingness to get involved in the business to understand the story behind the numbers
- A fast learner who is meticulous and detail-mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- May be required to take up professional license
