Description

The role ensures reliable day-to-day execution across feedstock receipts, production planning, inventory management, shipments and sustainability certification. It serves as the Operational link between the Commercial Team in Singapore and suppliers, plants, terminals, surveyors, logistics providers, customers and internal sustainability stakeholders. The role also provides disciplined trade and market support while promptly escalating operational risks and exceptions.

1. Logistics & Supply Operations | Primary responsibility (60%)

• Coordinate feedstock sourcing, production, inventory and shipment activities across the supply chain.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
• Liaise with refineries teams in Indonesia and KL Ops for sales shipment plannings and execution.
• Monitor feedstock inventory and shipment schedules, escalating operational risks and exceptions whenever required.
• Maintain logistics records, reports and operational documentation.

2. Feedstock Sustainability & Certification | Primary responsibility (25%)

• Support the Sustainability Team in KL with regards to Green Energy sustainability certification and compliance programmes.
• Maintain accurate certification, audit and sustainability records.
• Support the Sustainability Team with audits, certification renewals and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain consolidated Mass Balance record of Green Energy products across different refineries in Indonesia and different feedstock origins (Indonesia, Malaysia, others).
• Identify and escalate potential sustainability or compliance risks.

3. Trade Support/Admin | Secondary responsibility (10%)

• Support the Commercial Team in Singapore with trade execution, contract administration and pricing processes.
• Maintain accurate trade, inventory and shipment records.

4. Market & Commercial Support | Secondary responsibility (5%)

• Support market data compilation and crunching (e.g. exports line-up , S&D).
• Support in market reporting, presentations and business analysis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Sustainability, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, trade operations, sustainability certification, commodities or related environment is preferred; a strong fresh graduate may be considered.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, AI basic features; ability to maintain reliable trackers and reconcile data is essential.
• Exposure to commodity contracts, vessel or terminal operations, inventory planning, mass balance or sustainability schemes is an advantage.
• Strong data elaboration and accuracy skill, documentation discipline and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive activities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to coordinate teams across multi-country locations, functions and external counterparties.
• Proactive, accountable and solutions-oriented, with sound judgement on when to resolve and when to escalate.
• Willingness to support stakeholders across different time zones when operationally required.
