CARPARK OPERATIONS ADMIN CUM COORDINATOR (HQ)

Salary: RM2,200–RM2,500 per month, depending on experience

We are looking for a responsible and organised candidate to handle season-parking administration at HQ, coordinate branch operations and provide backup support at our carparks across the Central Region.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and key in season-parking applications, renewals, payments and terminations.
• Maintain accurate customer records, vehicle registration details and parking system records.
• Check payment records with the accounts team and follow up on outstanding renewals.
• Handle customer enquiries and assist with season-parking and LPR access issues.
• Coordinate with branch staff on daily operations, attendance and incident updates.
• Monitor daily branch reports and highlight collection discrepancies, equipment faults and customer complaints to management.
• Provide on-site backup when branch staff are on leave, absent or additional support is required.
• Assist with duty rosters, site inspections and staff coordination.
• Liaise with system vendors and follow up on reported technical issues.
• Gradually assist in supervising assigned branches after training and performance assessment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM; a diploma in administration, business or a related field is an advantage.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in administration, customer service or carpark operations.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel, email and computer systems.
• Accurate in data entry and organised in maintaining records.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, reliable and able to coordinate with customers and branch staff.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence are required for branch visits and backup duties.
• Willing to work on Sundays and follow the assigned shift schedule.

WORKING HOURS — AFTER TRAINING

Six working days per week, with Saturday as the weekly rest day. Sunday is a working day.

Assigned shifts:

• Shift A: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Shift B: 10:30 AM–7:00 PM

Shifts and branch assignments will be arranged by management according to operational needs. Meal and rest breaks will follow the assigned roster.

WORKING HOURS — DURING TRAINING

Training will be conducted at HQ:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• Sunday: Rest day during training

Training will cover season-parking administration, customer service, parking systems and branch operating procedures.
