Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical and emotional health needs to develop individualized care plans under the direction of the Home Administrator
• Implement nursing care plans by performing clinical procedures that address patients’ immediate physical and emotional needs
• Evaluate patient responses to care and adjust plans to ensure optimal health outcomes
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and support holistic well-being

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from recognized training institutions approved by Singapore Nursing Board
• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate
