About the Role:

Join a heritage hospitality property where commercial success drives meaningful community impact. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will lead integrated marketing strategy across Rooms, F&B, Weddings and MICE - all driving revenue growth while championing a purpose-led brand narrative.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape brand identity and deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences across all physical and digital touchpoints.
• Lead SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing and paid channels to boost digital visibility and maximize direct bookings.
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns and targeted promotions to drive customer acquisition and revenue streams across all hotel segments.
• Manage public relations, media engagement, corporate communications and online reputation strategies.
• Collaborate with tourism bodies, corporate partners, content creators, and industry stakeholders to expand brand reach.
• Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships while leveraging data analytics to optimize campaign ROI.

Requirements:

• Min 8 years experience in marketing communications, brand management, PR or digital marketing of which 5 years within hospitality/tourism/lifestyle sectors
• Has demonstrated success in running integrated, multi-segment campaigns that translate brand and digital marketing into measurable commercial outcomes
• Familiar with operating hotel CRM systems, booking engines or any other hospitality marketing tech solutions is an advantage.
• Strong storytelling capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills and a data-driven approach to creative problem-solving.
