About the role

Oversee the daily operations and performance of the beauty centre, leading a team to achieve sales and service targets while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of the beauty centre
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback professionally
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, staff attendance, and productivity
• Plan staff schedules, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene, service quality, and operational standards are maintained
• Manage stock inventory, equipment maintenance, and operational costs
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports
• Execute company marketing campaigns and business strategies
• Build a positive, high-performing team culture

About you

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a managerial role (Beauty, Aesthetic, Retail, or Service Industry preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with experience leading a team to achieve KPIs
• Customer-focused with excellent people management skills
• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required
