Healthcare Device Event Crew

Position Overview

We are looking for energetic, friendly, and confident Event Crew members to represent and promote healthcare devices at booths, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare-related events.

As an Event Crew member, you will be the frontline representative of our healthcare products, engaging with visitors, introducing product features, creating awareness, and ensuring every interaction is professional, informative, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

1. Booth & Event Promotion

Set up, arrange, and maintain promotional booths at events, clinics, hospitals, and other assigned locations.

Welcome visitors and introduce them to the healthcare device and its key features.

Conduct product demonstrations according to approved guidelines and training.

Distribute brochures, samples, promotional materials, or other marketing materials.

Maintain an attractive, clean, and professional booth throughout the event.

2. Customer Engagement

Approach visitors confidently and initiate friendly conversations.

Identify visitors' basic needs and provide appropriate product information.

Answer general questions about the healthcare device based on approved product information.

Encourage visitors to participate in demonstrations or promotional activities.

Collect leads or customer information when required.

3. Healthcare Location Activities

Support promotional activities at clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, health centres, and other healthcare locations.

Communicate professionally with healthcare staff, patients, visitors, and members of the public.

Follow all venue rules, healthcare facility requirements, and company guidelines.

Represent the company in a respectful and professional manner at all times.

4. Event Operations

Assist with transportation, setup, dismantling, and storage of event materials when required.

Ensure promotional materials and equipment are properly handled and accounted for.

Support event registration, crowd management, surveys, lucky draws, and other promotional activities.

Work closely with the Event Supervisor and Marketing Team to ensure smooth event execution.

5. Reporting & Follow-Up

Record daily visitor engagement, leads, product enquiries, and other event information.

Provide feedback on customer responses and common questions.

Submit event reports and photographs when required.

Communicate any issues or customer feedback to the supervisor promptly.

Previous experience in event crew, sales promotion, roadshows, healthcare, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
