Key responsibilities
Welcome and engage clients with warmth, confidence and genuine attentiveness
Offer personalized consultations and thoughtfully recommend products suited to each client's needs and lifestyle
Develop a strong understanding of our products, formulations, ingredients, benefits and application techniques
Build lasting relationships with clients through personalized service and thoughtful follow-up
Achieve individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining the highest standards of client experience
Ensure every transaction, exchange and purchase is handled with accuracy, discretion and professionalism
Support inventory management, stock replenishment and visual merchandising
About you
A genuine passion for skincare, cosmetics and the world of beauty
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong appreciation for personalized service and attention to detail
Good knowledge or keen interest in skincare ingredients, skin types and beauty application techniques
A natural flair for building relationships and achieving sales objectives
The ability to work independently while being a thoughtful and supportive team member
Previous experience in prestige beauty, skincare, cosmetics or luxury retail is preferred
Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings and public holidays
