About the Role
Singapore Physio Spine and Pelvis Clinic is looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Clinic Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and has strong organisational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients at the clinic reception
Manage appointment scheduling and patient enquiries (phone, WhatsApp, and email)
Handle patient check-in and payments
Maintain accurate patient records and administrative documentation
Assist physiotherapists with basic clinic administrative tasks
Ensure the reception area and clinic environment remain welcoming and organised
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow
Requirements
Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or receptionist role is preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good organisational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and clinic management systems
Friendly, professional, and reliable
