An event management executive plans, coordinates, and executes corporate functions, promotional campaigns, and social gatherings from start to finish. [1, 2]Core Responsibilities

• Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Meet with clients to understand event goals, brand requirements, target audience, and financial limits.
• Planning & Logistics: Scout locations, book venues, and arrange technical requirements like sound, lighting, and catering.
• Budget Tracking: Manage financial limits, track expenses, and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and vendors.
• Vendor Coordination: Hire and supervise suppliers, entertainers, decorators, and security teams.
• On-Site Execution: Supervise setup, manage the event timeline on the day, and solve any last-minute issues.
• Post-Event Review: Handle cleanup, process vendor payments, and gather attendee feedback for future improvements. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
