Provide Beauty, Eyelash and Manicure/Pedicure services to customers
Lead the outlet team in achieving outlet sales target
Achieve personal sales target
Support the sales team and ensure that they can meet team's performance KPI
Responsible for daily outlet operations
Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
Ensure good customer experience and service standard
Requirements:
At least 7 years of working experience in beauty industry is required for this position
Proven sales records in beauty industry
Adopting fair merit-based and inclusive hiring practices to better attract and retain talent.
