Key Responsibilities:

• Own the brand's social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn — creating content that stops the scroll and sparks genuine engagement
• Develop strategic content calendars that align seamlessly with campaign launches, seasonal moments, and key brand milestones
• Write bold, on-brand captions, scripts, and copy that reflects the brand's personality and connects authentically with the target audience
• Build real community relationships by engaging meaningfully with followers — responding to comments and DMs with care and personality
• Dive into platform analytics and translate performance data into clear, actionable weekly summaries that drive smarter content decisions
• Stay relentlessly ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep content fresh and competitive
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to bring compelling visual content ideas to life across all digital platforms
• Support paid social media campaigns and assist in tracking performance metrics to optimise reach and engagement
• Contribute creative ideas in team brainstorming sessions and play an active role in shaping the brand's digital voice
• Build a high-impact social media career with real content ownership, creative freedom, and structured mentorship every step of the way

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided

Pay: $3,300.00 - $4,300.00 per month
