Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.

Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and accounting records.

Perform data entry and update financial transactions into the accounting system.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.

Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers or relevant departments.

Prepare monthly reports and assist with month-end closing.

Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.

Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding billing and payments.

Ensure transactions are properly recorded and supporting documents are complete.

Assist the Accountant/Finance Manager with other accounting and administrative tasks.

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

At least 1 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.

Familiar with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and reconciliation.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Experience with AutoCount is an added advantage.

Good numerical and analytical skills.

Detail-oriented, organised and able to maintain accurate records.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsible, trustworthy and able to handle confidential financial information.

Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
