Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for Freelance Recruiters working on a commission-only basis. Freelance Recruiters will source, attract, and engage qualified interpreters and business support professionals across multiple languages and regions. Day-to-day tasks include posting job opportunities, actively searching for candidates on various platforms, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate fit based on skills, experience, and compliance requirements. Recruiters will maintain candidate pipelines, coordinate with internal teams on hiring needs, and ensure accurate documentation within the company’s systems. The role also involves building long-term relationships with candidates, promoting LanguagePath Solutions’ values and opportunities, and meeting agreed recruitment targets.
Qualifications

• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Experience with remote work tools, applicant tracking systems, and online professional platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
• Organizational and time management skills, including managing multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• Familiarity with language services, contact center operations, or international business environments is an advantage.
• Comfort working on a commission-only structure, with a results-driven and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate virtually with global teams.
• Relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, or staffing; a degree or certification in HR or a related field is beneficial.
