Job Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, proposals, customer presentations and tender submissions.

Coordinate RFQ/RFP requirements with relevant stakeholders.

Support the sales team in gathering rates, service information, and commercial data. Coordinate rate requests with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and subcontractors.

Monitor quotation validity and follow up on pending sales opportunities.

Support customer onboarding activities and account set-up processes.

Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.

Assist in resolving customer issues and service-related enquiries.

Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports and monthly sales performance reports.

Maintain records of submitted tenders and quotation outcomes.

Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams.

Support implementation and transition activities for newly secured customers.

Follow up on action items arising from customer meetings.

Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Support, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, or Logistics industries.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics-related operations preferred.
• Experience in handling quotations, tenders, customer onboarding, and commercial documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong coordination and administrative skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and reporting capability.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Good understanding of commercial processes and customer requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
