JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and sell reconditioned and used vehicles to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Provide accurate information on vehicle specifications, pricing and financing options.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle viewing and test drives.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents and booking forms.
• Coordinate with banks / finance companies for customer loan applications.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Update customer and sales records.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process until vehicle delivery.
• Participate in sales campaigns, promotions and company events.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any relevant field.
• Experience in automotive sales or recond car sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, friendly and customer-oriented.
• Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of vehicle specifications is an advantage.
• Basic computer and social media skills.
• Possess a valid D driving licence.
• Willing to work on weekends / public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
